Litemode offered the best price for a floor lamp we wanted, so we ordered it online. Unfortunately, the lamp was out-of-stock; but Bridget notified us shortly after placing the order and confirmed that we were willing to wait a month. Due to shipping irregularities, the lamp was delayed by an additional month, but Bridget kept us abreast of estimated delivery and always offered us a full refund if we decided we weren’t up for the wait. It finally arrived this week and we’re very pleased, and impressed with Bridget’s customer service, particularly given that we’ve never placed foot in their store. Well done, and we will certainly check out your bricks & mortar shop for future lighting needs.

Cyber Monday sale was the best on the internet!Customer service has been quick on updating me with shipment information and stock.We purchased lighting for our new build entirely through Litemode and would highly recommend them!

Litemode was great to deal with. I only purchased one vanity light from them. My lighting supplier could not source from Capital Lighitng. Bridget gave me updates on delays and timing of our one light fixure, and I honestly have to say the level of customer support blew me away. She has been far more responsive than the vendor who had the rest of my 30K lighting order. On my next build, I would not hesitate to source all my lightng needs from Litemode.

I purchased two light fixtures, and two sconces from Litemode. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth. Loved working with Bridget. She was in touch with me and kept me in the loop about the delivery status. She also followed up post-delivery to make sure everything is in order. There was a minor issue with one of the items and she reached out to the manufacturer and was able to resolve it quickly. I will highly recommend Litemode!

I ordered a sconce for my powder room online, the light came well-packaged and very quickly after the order was placed! The price of the sconce was also lower via Litemode than from other distributors, would definitely order from them again!

Terrible experience, I ordered thousands of dollars in lights from them and ordered 3 additional lights that ultimately I did not need. and after spending all that money and having not even picked up the products they decided to still charge me 10% for 3 lights that I ultimately did not need. I did reach out and also asked if they could make an exemption given what I was spending and had more to purchase and was told no adjustments would be made for me. I will be taking my business elsewhere - if this had been a large order I cancelled I would understand but the fact that I previously spent almost 10,000 on lights and to be treated like that says everything you need to know about them. Go shop elsewhere

We can’t say enough of the service we get at Litemode. Even though we bought all of our fixtures for our home a few years back, Claudio was quick to act on a manufacture defect with one of the sets.Once we knew the resolution, Claudio went out of his way again to get us replacement fixtures and helped with selecting our new ones.Excellent customer service.Keep up the good work, that’s what makes you stand out among your competitors.Our new fixtures looks great.Thank you Claudio and Staff.

The light fixture was just what I expected and I am happy with it, but the customer service was outstanding. Bridget answered all my questions in a timely manner and helped me throughout the process with honesty and professionalism. Customer service representatives are the "face" of every business and should strive to be knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Unfortunately that seldom happens nowadays. Bridget, on the other hand, was everything a customer could hope for and more. Thank you for making me believe in people again Bridget!

Although they have a good selection of lights the customer service is lacking. I bought a light that I was told came with a chain to swag it but when my electrician came he found no chain. I called the store and it took weeks before they got back to me and then it took several more weeks to get me the chain which I had to pay extra for. They did nothing to compensate me and even asked me for the $6 in taxes they forgot to bill me for when I picked up the chain. Not impressed.

Purchased 3 lights for a bathroom renovation. Lights arrived, opened one box and the gold colour was not a good match. Asked to return 2 unopened boxes and 1 box that had been opened to see the colour of the fixture. Had to pay 25% restocking fee AND shipping back to their vendor in B.C. They do not accept returns to their store in GTA. I asked if I could drop the product off and exchange for a better match. They said no. In the end, I spent $225 on shipping and restocking fees and need to find new lights. Would not recommend shopping here as their return policy is terrible.
