Good equipment and facilities but very crowded and gets messy during peak hours. Great gym for those that workout away from those peak hours of 6pm-9pm.

You don't understand how good Lifetime ( Woodbridge) is until you go back to your old gym. Always clean, positive environment and great service in all departments ( kids academy, spa, cafe, outdoor Pool etc )

Would give 5 stars but the air dryers have so much caked up dust in them and just the cleaning overall could be better/ more frequent
