“We just completed renovating our guest and ensuite bathrooms. We were so fortunate to discover the TUBS The Ultimate Bath Store at 45 SAMOR Road in North York. They have lots of displays of sample bathroom installations and great choices for showers, sinks, toilets and a good display of bathroom plumbing. The staff are excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, taking you from a general idea of what you want to a detailed understanding of what you could have. Shout Out to one of their designers Madhee Kulkarni. She has a lot of experience working with both home owners and contractors. Madhee took us step by step through the renovation process, advising us on things we hadn’t thought of. We are really happy with how our renovation turned out and our experience with TUBS”

Tons of options for the upcoming Chinese new year - and quite a few practical household items like cups and saucers and humidifiers. Prices are not bad although not as cheap as they perhaps try to make it look like, but quality is OK. Lots of Japanese shelving here too.”

I was looking for a small 30 inch vanity for my bathroom and everything I found was either over priced or the quality was poorly made both online and in-store.I searched online and found Better Bath & Kitchen and thought I would give them a try. “We were at the Bath Depot in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We purchased 2 bathroom vanities. Because of the bathroom pipes we had to return one and with the suggestion of the store manager we purchased a different one. When we were in Woodbridge we saw you had another store. I was helped by your sales person Sabrina. We showed her what we bought (display on the floor) and our bathroom pipes. Sabrina immediately told me that the 2nd one we purchased would not work as the drawer would not close. We immediately canceled the other unit as it had not come in yet. Sabrina showed me what was available and with her advise and expertise we purchased the one from her store. If we had purchased the 2nd one from the Richmond Hill store, it would of been a nightmare. These units do not come as one piece and you have to put it together. Then because it would not of fit we would have had to take it apart and return it. I can't tell you how much Sabrina is a valuable employee. She took the time to explain our problem, directed us to what would fit and even had it in within the week. Because of Sabrina, the Woodbridge store is where I will buy all of my bathroom needs.Someone needs to educate the Richmond Hill store of problems that can occur with bathroom piping. As I said before, Sabrina knew right away the problem we could of had, and instead directed us to the vanity we should have. I will be letting any of my friends who need bathroom accessories etc. to go and see Sabrina. She knows her job well!”

“Today I went to their shop to buy a valve.The kind of old one that has a cap for drainageI really needed only the cap not the entire valve as the valve has been installed in an old house , but I was ready to buy the valve itself and use the cap! A young man in this shop made a cap by cutting a screw and 2 O- rings!He is a genius and kind guy that solved my problem by just $5!I don’t know his name but appreciate him”
