I bought a bag last Saturday and went back yesterday to know if I can do PA because I have seen that the items I bought is cheaper online. The guy explained that online and in store promise are diff.. I said, I ok and say can I return? The guy who assisted me should not be working in this type of industry- he cannot offer a good customer service, she irritated and annoyed- for I don’t want reason. He even shouted at me when he told me insert the card for refund but I tapped it because the system says tap is fine- he told me, “I said insert.” Rude very rude

The store itself is fine, just like any other Kate Spade outlet. I give it 1 star because of the checkout experience that I had. The guy at the counter was beyond rude and kept on insisting to give him my phone number and name if I bought from them. Information is not free, you know. Especially in this day and age where establishments like these are selling your data to everyone with money. That includes dark web. You might say, I am paranoid, but I belong to Information Security industry and happen to know first hand what happens to your data. Will not return unless they change their attitude. I understand that your employees maybe working long hours and anxious to go home. But that does not give you the right to be rude.

I wish I can give them 0 .Manger was so rude to me and make me uncomfortable in the store. I have a bad feeling there I just take a walet to exchange and when I went to store I just told them I lost gift receipt and I want to exchange it . She all the time fallow me and any thing I tuch she came and counted and she didnt talk nice to me .

I bought a bag last weekend and only 5 days later I returned it because i don't like it. before payment they said returnable in 30 days. Everything was fine. Customer service is terrible. Never comeback again !

Trying since Sunday to reach them on call, waited two hours on call and no one responded the call. Ended up hanging up the call. Tried again today and no one answered for an hour was on hold.

Catherine was beyond helpful, friendly, and pleasant from the start, from holding an item to picking it up in store! The transaction was so amazing and fun!
There was another employee, and she was equally friendly, helpful, and so kind the entire time, showing both me and my daughter other bags.

I was buying two purses my wife just asked for two different prices after discount
Micheal (Young man) gave her attitude and answered with a rude manner
I wanted to add same design card holder and wallet set to one of the bags (that’s why we asked for those prices)
So we didn’t buy those after his rude answer.
I’m so sorry that a brand like Kate spade would hire a rude guy like him.
I will never ever go to this location again.

I returned a bag one week ago , I didn’t get my money in my account, so I called the store , they didn’t even bother to check their accounts, just told me that it’s the bank fault . I had to go to the bank and they gave me the print that they didn’t send money back, so I had to go to the store again . There they noticed that they didn’t complete the return transaction for me. I spend half of my off day just for this , and the store manager didn’t even bother to come out of her room to talk to me . I wouldn’t go to this branch again.
