I've been coming here for years because of the great service. They've always taken the time to explain new prescriptions, and are very fast to order anything in if they don't have it. The pharmacists have even called me to see how new medications are going, when they're unusual prescriptions. They will work with insurance companies to make sure you get the best coverage possible. You won't get the kind of service anywhere else!

Great pharmacy. You are not just a number. Its like having a personal pharmacist. They are very customer comes first. Definitely better then a "big box" pharmacy and for folks without coverage they are cheaper for prescription drug purchases. I know hard to believe.

Always really helpful in sorting our medication.I could not get my medication because Shoppers Drug Mart would not order it for me. I had been to Hooper's a few times before just to check it out and visit the walk-in. They were MORE THAN HAPPY to order the prescription for me and got it the next day.Now, I've been coming to them every month for my allergy prescription. I call it in, and they have it ready the day after.They are super helpful when looking for alternatives, and today, I got a nasal spray and homeopathic allergy remedy. If it works, I'll give them the extra star.But if you need a good pharmacy, this is the place. They are a true compounding pharmacy and can probably make anything too.

Some of the nicest people you will meet. The pharmacist is detail oriented and fully explains everything. My father is a long time customer and recently was ill and had to change a bunch of medications. The pharmacist took the time to ask how he was doing and also gave great instructions and also took suggestions to ensure the bevy of medications my dad will be on can be done simply. They also offer a delivery service which makes it easy. Thank you for your kindness.

Worst place to get medication for kids. Charged us for medication that was supposed to be covered. His medication made her worse.

My experience with this pharmacy was extremely terrible. He gave my daughter the medication that made her worse. Plus he charged us for the medication when its covered by the government. We are really upset not because of the money but our daughters health. She's better now because we got the medication from somewhere else.
