Great grocery store.They need to expand their organic selection.Great bakery with excellent selection of cool stuff. Cakes from the best bakeries.Full selection of ethnic and cultural Foods including kosher Jamaican Asian Eastern European and so much more. Your paragraph looking forward to shopping here more frequently as I get used to what's available here.Thanks

Very disappointed with the deli counter server, very rude. And used the washroom which had used sanitary pads beside the toilet. Washroom was very filthy and smelly. Not impressed.

We went to buy a turkey and some vegetable, at Highland Farm in Vaughan and found a turkey 7.67 kg at a cost of $59.80 but not the vegetable that we wanted, we passed by Fortino and saw the same turkey at 8.980kg at $39.89, I felt cheated and over charged but since I was to far to return and complain I kept it. I just want to let other know that these item is grossly overpriced and I’ sure that is not the only overpriced item at the store.Disappointed

This store profiles people based on how they look to determine whether they’re worthy of customer service. I was fully and utterly ignored by the cashier who was cashing out my $400 purchase. She refused to acknowledge me and I had to repeat the same thing a few times to get her to raise her eyes at me and proceed to ignore me. I thought she was maybe having a bad day, times are tough and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But when she started serving the next few customers she was friendly and helpful. I raised this with the assistant manager who looked at me and had a pretty similar attitude as the cashier and even raised his voice at me asking “did you have an issue with any other department??”I look young and well off and I guess that’s irritating to some. I won’t be apologizing for that. I’ve been going to this store since it’s opened and I’ll happily go spend my hard earned cash at longos instead. I left this store so upset I was shaking and on the verge of tears.

We usually shop at Longos, but decided to try Highland Farms.The prices are high, the products are okay. They stopped providing bags, you have to bring your own bags now. But the worst part was when during the check out, we dropped the almond butter and it broke. Typically when this happens, you just go and bring another one. In this case they said they charge us for the broken one.With such customer service, no wonder the store is completely empty. We are going back to Longos.

this store is very clean it is very bright it has a huge selection of just about everything and prices are fair to good we came from Newmarket because it has a lot of the ethnic Italian foods I like to eat compared to the stores in Newmarket
