I have been going to Harvey's for years. It used to be that whatever you ordered was made when you ordered it. Not now. The food comes out in seconds which means it was pre-made. I ordered the new crispy chicken BLT. Order was ready immediately. The chicken was dried out.Before that we had orderedburgers which were not even hot and cheese not melted. For what they now charge we won't be back.

The staff at the Bathurst & Steeles location are consistenty efficient, precise, communicate well and are pleasant. This is one of the best Harvey's franchises I've been to.
