Was gifted a bracelet in August for my birthday, the links cracked from wear. I paid to get the bracelet repaired, when I picked up the bracelet I noticed more links were damaged. They proceeded to tell me I would need to send it to get repaired and pay again. Was also told “when price of gold goes up people tend to go for more hollow pieces” So disappointed in service and lack of attention to detail.

I would recommend Glitz to anyone!
They are my go to always and I have purchased many things there. The client service is amazing and they know their jewelry.
Not to mention that we had an amazing experience with Daniel who is the expert with diamonds. He made our engagement shopping an experience, educated us, and walked us through the whole process. We know that the jewelry is quality and myself and my fiancee are so happy with our rings!
My whole family goes to see them as well.

Words truly cannot describe the level of customer service and attention to detail that Daniel and the staff at Glitz Jewellery provide to their customers - it’s simply amazing.
When I went to Glitz for an engagement ring with only a few photos and really no idea what I was doing, Daniel worked with me every step of the way. He started with a 45 minute lesson on diamonds alone, which was a fantastic learning experience. From there, he took my ideas and photos, stayed within my budget, and produced a ring that far exceeded my expectations.
Of course, after an experience like that, my fiancée and I had to go back for our wedding bands. True to form, the Glitz team did it again and provided us with two stunning rings.
For the above reasons and more, we highly recommend Glitz Jewellery!

I found out about Glitz through a close friend of mine who highly recommended that I check them out. Glitz Boutique is truly the best! I wanted a ring I use to have and wanted one like that again, so I have reached out to Lina and they did not have one but sure enough I get a message same week that they have one now and can make a custom one. Not only was it perfect and looked exactly like the one I used to have, it was affordable as I would get priced at other places double the cost! Two years later I still wear that same ring that has a special meaning to me all thanks to Glitz. I have been buying my daughters earring there that come in all pretty designs like butterfly, unicorn and palm tree, they secure well and don't fall off and are not giving her any problems as the fake ones give her a rash and turn green. Glitz has top quality and the best prices and quick turn around for custom orders. Highly recommend Glitz Jewellery
