“One think that is essential in any business success is Customer Service and how you make the customer feel about their purchase and give then peace of mind that you are not left alone once the purchase is made. This store did great in that department when I bought a Logitech Combo Touch Keyboard for my new iPad Air 5th Gen. The staff are nice and friendly and help you the best they can.The owner/manager Adnan was very patient and cool. He let me check the keyboard connect it to my iPad test it and take my time. You can tell when someone is doing honest business. They do not try to trick you or word things in a way that twist things and force the sale. He also told me to check home if any issue they can help with any issues.This store is full of brand new apple and other tech products priced very reasonably easily 30%-40% below the retail price. I will come back. They told me that they can also get special orders if there is something I want that they do not have at the moment.”

“Ordered a power board for my Samsung TV late Friday. I Spoke to them on the phone but ordered it on line. Arrived on Tuesday, super quick. Well packaged and worked like a charm. “absolutely (pun intended) the worst service i have ever experienced brought in my 90 inch tv he told me i needed the main board charged me $250.00 for a new one. waited a month. i finally had enough went in to see the progress he told me the board he ordered didn't work. i couldn't believe it. i demanded my TV back witch was in pieces. brought it to the nearest waist disposal and chucked it. I'm out $250.00 live and learn”

“I had a turntable which needed repairs. I delayed for months as I couldn't figure out where to go. Luckily I found this place. They fixed in 24 hours at a price I might have expected back in 1979 when the turntable was made. They are nice and knowledgeable.”
“Not sure why this place is called Dupont Downtown when it is nowhere near Dupont or Downtown lol. Anywho, I just wanted to write this review because these guys saved us over $1600! I asked them how much it would be to fix the backlights for a 75” Samsung TV and they were honest with me and said that large of a screen cannot have backlights fixed and would cost more than the price of the TV to fix. The man, I think his name is Simon, suggested that I call my credit card company as they provide insurance for these incidents since the TV was only 1.5 years old but out of warranty. I filed a claim and guess what! My credit card company reimbursed the entire price of the TV. We only got a diagnostics report done by Dupont Downtown for $50 and the credit card handled the rest. We would’ve never thought of reaching out to the credit card if Simon hadn’t suggested so. These guys are honest people who aren’t just greedy for money. We are forever grateful for their honest business.thank you!!!”
