Customer service experience is terrible. Order was taking too long (~2 months, they really couldn't explain why or what was going on), I ended up cancelling, but they are unable to update me on the status of the cancellation of payment either. It's been more than a week and I'm still waiting. They don't seem to have control of any of their processes.

Update on the ineptitude of DJI. So now, these geniuses shipped an order that was “cancelled” and now they won’t issue a refund until the item that should have never left the warehouse gets returned to the warehouse. UNBELIEVABLE. I have never seen such inefficiency and ineptitude in my life. I would NEVER purchase anything else from DJI. Buyer beware.

Fantastic professional staff who are truly MORE knowledgeable than DJI (corporate) technical support!...I have the Mini and Mini 2 so the setup process is not new to me.I bought the mini 3 from costco but after setup and on initial takeoff, there was a constant warning beep. I felt it must be unsafe so did not fly it. I spent over 6 hours (collectively) over many long distance calls/online chats to DJI support including sending a video of the problem, returning it to costco assuming it must be a dud and purchasing a new one only to have the same issue...so finally did a 6 hour return trip to this store 'DJI Shop Canada', who gave me an explanation for the beeping.The manager of DJI Shop Canada, Daniel De Ciantis listened to the problem and reassured me within a minute that it was fine/no problem.After the setup, I had placed the Mini 3 in the same spot that I had traditionally placed the Mini 1 and Mini 2... outside on my deck. Daniel explained that the Mini 3 has accident avoidance and beeps if there is an obstacle and was warning me of the chair that was about 5' away, I had shown him the video as well. The Mini 1 and 2 did not have this feature. Despite sending tech support a video of the beeping, they didn't piece this together and we had reached the point that they were going to take it back for inspection.In future, I will ONLY buy a drone here at DJI Shop Canada, the price is the same everywhere but here you also get their knowledge and expertise, for me, that alone is worth a 3 hour drive. Daniel was very patient and answered some other questions I had, he even demonstrated that the store's drone did the same thing when placing an object in front of it so his assessment was correct.Thank you again Daniel.

I ran into a problem replacing a propeller on my Mini 3 Pro and the store helped me with it. Also helped me calibrate my IMU and made sure that my drone flies well. Very grateful for their help.

The show room situated near high way 7 and Weston rd intersection... what ever all diji products available here... and displays here... and make sure to visit website before visit... because due to high demand... every stock finish soon... the people working there really friendly.. they help us to find what is really suitable for our task and really appreciate their service.. on their clients...

If you want to learn about excellent service in Canada,I accidentally, I sent the wrong part to Dji USA.Daniel De Ciantis, General Manager Canadawent to the other side of the city to get me a fixed camera directly to my home!!!Thank you DJI Canada. & thank you Daniel!!!

Just a quick shoutout - dropped by today to have them look at my drone after it had a minor incident with a tree and my own repair efforts - A quick look see and they found that it was all good - great service. Highly recommended

Worst support ever, DO NOT PURCHASE DJI care they make you pay anyway even if you already have both a Warranty and protection plan cause you're from a different country and moved to Canada* it was a faulty "Gimbal" product nonetheless and Nothing was done to help

Had a great experience with Daniel at the DJI store in Vaughan. The shipping company did not deliver my product on time, and I was traveling and needed the product before then. Daniel was able to provide the product I needed before my travel and made sure that the shipping company returned the original product ordered. Additionally, he did everything he could to ensure that the shipping company refunded the shipping charges, as the delay was entirely the shipping company’s fault. Daniel was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend visiting this store for all your DJI electronic needs!
