Worst company, with ridiculous terms and services. Buyers beware of these scammers online as well as in store. Buying third party things on Amazon have better policies rather than buying this company's own products.

People, hear me out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. It is a trap, and you will be stuck forever. There is no store where you can go and exchange the product for a different size. Due to their rediculous return policies. ITS SUCH AN HARRASSMENT TO GO THROUGH THIS TORTURE.I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS ANY BRAND WHO HAVE SICH STUPID POLICIES.Also, their store in the cities cant take your products back and even give your store credit. I have bought a product worth $200 to which their stores refused to exchange it. Now, they asked to buy the same product and refund the onehave bought online, and someone has to be really stupid go through this headache buy the stuff from you .Also, their all warehouses are basically useless and are of no help. I am writing this review to save people from alot of headache . Thee people are reduculous.

Their online customer service IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I received a damaged handbag and all they could offer was a $15 discount, the bag is $230. That is insulting and pathetic, I also received no apology. Do not shop at Danier, spend your dollars elsewhere. So disrespectiful.

So happy with my experience here. Daniel was amazing in helping me get the jacket of my dreams. I was able to try on what they had in store and decided that a size up would be a better fit. He had ordered the other size and had it brought in for me to pick up. Everything was super fast and went very smoothly.

Came here to find a coat with my family. The lady with blonde hair and blue eyes made my experience extremely uncomfortable after seeing my kids although I asked them to all sit on the sofa. Because of the way she kept staring at us and my kids, I did not feel comfortable to look around the store and I had to leave the store without purchasing anything although I had my eye on a certain coat. I ended up going to the Scarborough town centre location and purchased my coat from there.The other ladies were lovely unfortunately I was unwelcome by that lady. Someone needs to teach her customer service skills and how to welcome customers in the store regardless of how they look.

The manager (sorry forgot her name) was super nice, we were looking to buy a jacket for my wife. She helped us locate a location with a jacket in my wife's size and has the other location hold it for us.Thanks for the great service even though you didn't get the sale at your store.

It's a really sad day to see Danier Leather jumping on the current bandwagon by making their leather apparel paper thin leather with a cloth backing instead of the thick hide leather it once was. This new type of leather dries out and cracks in one year as apposed to actual hide leather. For shame. I will not be buying your brand anymore.

The store manager Farzana is very friendly, and their craftsmanship is impeccable! There are a lot of differences between leathers. When buying leather, if it just says “leather,” it’s potentially of much lower quality, so watch out. Instead, keep your eyes peeled for “Full Grain” leather, which is rugged, handsome, ages exceptionally well, and more importantly, is of top quality. On the opposite end of the quality spectrum, you’ll find stuff like “Bonded Leather,” which sounds neat, but is leather bits, dust, and shavings all pressed together. Leather branded as “Genuine” is great for leather suede, but not for high-stress areas. “Top Grain” is second best, just below “Full Grain.” It’s durable enough to get the job done but probably won’t win any beauty contests.

Purchased a purse and was sent a small jewellery case instead. No resolution offered other than commuting 1.5hours to the nearest store for them to correct THEIR mistake.Awful customer service.
