i was at crocs vaughan mills over the weekend and Tom was able to assist me and my family. he’s an excellent sales associate and was able to get us everything we were looking for. he even gave us some wonderful suggestions that was purchased! he’s very kind and caring which is shown through his work. thank you Tom and crocs!

I initially came for the food court to enjoy some orange chicken with rice but instead I went to this store to browse. I was so impressed with the variety of new styles. Tom was very helpful and I ended up buying a pair of crocs. It’s what I wear at home now. I will definitely come back in the future.

Tom was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help me and my wife find the perfect pairs of Crocs. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand our needs. We ended up finding the perfect sizes for both of us, and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Tom and the Crocs store at Vaughan Mills.

Great place for Christmas shopping. Excellent selection and sale price. Tom was an amazing help and provided friendly service. He recommended the style and found our size. Sped up our Christmas shopping. Definitely will come back to this store.

Crocs CA lost my package and said “wait, we don’t know when it will arrive, wait or call the carrier”. Meanwhile at crocs website my order is marked as completed. I’m ok to wait, but they don’t provide any deadlines. It already delayed for 10 days without any date of delivery. It looks like it was lost or forgotten.
I’m writing here because crocs doesn’t react.
They don’t answer on emails and in chat said that it’s not their business and they don’t know when my order will arrive.
They don’t want to connect with their manager. That’s “cool”. It was my 1st order. I won’t be their client anymore and buy somewhere else. But looks like for them it’s ok.

Just a quick review to thank one of the employees from Crocs for his help! I accidentally forgot my bag in the shop for half an hour and the guy from the staff kept an eye on my bag the whole time. When somebody came to him and claimed the bag was his, the staff guy did not give my bag away as he had the care to ask what was inside the bag, to make sure the person was telling the truth. Without his professionalism and honesty, my bag, which had my purse, phone and much more inside, would have got stolen!!! A thousand thank you, you are such a good employee and person!!!
