Somewhat decent customer service but most of the male staff are just standing around and finally after 10 minutes a lady staff came and offered help. She did helped me but a lot leg work was already done by yours truly. I bought Women’s Grand oxford and the only reason I shop at Cole Haan is because they carry my size 5 and there’s always a sale here like today the oxford I want is on sale.

It is pitiful to see my favourite brand downgraded in this way due to bad staffing and lack of customer service... I used to enjoy my visits in this particular store but today the staffs' behavior were mind blowing.. the cashier couldn't stop chatting with his friend instead of working! And finally when he decided to cash out our item he suggested another color of that shoe in a way that why we chose this color!!! Honestly I never saw such a bad service in Canada before!

My wife bought shoe here and on first time use, it started biting while she was on attending a party. We went to this store and Frenzy helped us out in exchanging the shoe with a different one. Thanks Frenzy, we appreciate your help.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Cole Haan store in Vaughan Mills. The salesperson was unhelpful and kept changing his story. I found a pair of shoes marked at $59.99, took a picture, and sent it to my sister. Later, the sign was changed to show an extra 20% off. When I inquired about the discount, the salesperson claimed the shoes were actually $79.99 with 20% off. I patiently asked him to honor the price I saw and showed him the picture. He responded that mistakes happen and someone must have put the sign there by mistake. I asked him to honor the $59.99 price, but he refused and kept changing his story. Despite explaining that Cole Haan is a well-known brand that should uphold its pricing, he didn’t accept it and ended the conversation by saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Very bad customer service. I won’t be returning to this store.
I hope the Cole Haan brand can address this issue. Otherwise, the integrity of the brand will be in question.

I recently visited this store with the intention of purchasing a new pair of shoes. My purpose for going to the mall was specifically to check out Cole Haan for a pair of sandals. The store has a wonderful selection and is very well-organized. However, I encountered an issue with an unpleasant odor in the vicinity, which made it difficult for me to stay and browse.
I'm sure this was an unusual occurrence, but I wanted to bring it to the management's attention so that future visits can be more enjoyable for everyone. It might be helpful for the management to remind staff about personal hygiene practices to ensure a comfortable shopping experience for all customers.
