We loved our sectional sofa but before the warranty was up, the colour has been rubbing off the leather in places and the springs in some sections are sagging. Despite several phone calls and emails, they don't get back to me. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and their unwillingness to speak with me.

My Couch is 12 years old and is still in great shape. We've raised two dogs and two kids(as well as their friends) with the same couch. Great quality leather, and great service.

We received our 2 Adeen Sofas yesterday and we are so very pleased. Members at Woodsworth who dropped into our common room yesterday immediately commented on how comfortable the seating is. They were able to appreciate the difference between “yeah, it’s okay” furniture vs good quality custom work.Beautifully made, these pieces should serve us well for many years. Thank you again for your time and good guidance.
