so that we could feel that we made an informed purchase . Good customer service is hard to come by, so along with great selection I would highly recommend this retailer .”

“The service was great. They allowed me to go through the racks with no confrontation and took what I gave them into a dressing room so I could try them on. Needless to say everything fit. 1 hour well spent. One item that other Tommy clients noted is that the store is normally selling at less 40%. On this sale it was 30 percent less 25 percent. The savings are approximately 10%.Customers are knowledgeable and sometimes it creates a negative reaction. In closing it was a nice sale with excellent staff.”

“A few weeks ago I had walked into the store and was greeted by Simon who was most helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise and had an excellent eye for detail. She assisted me in finding a very nice summer suit jacket and shorts for my interview which I was most satisfied with and it didn’t even need alterations!! Ellie was the change room attendant and just a lovely young lady who is enthusiastic, positive and helpful. The service at this store was bar none and I took the time to speak with the manager, Victoria, to commend her and her team for a most pleasant experience! I will be back in the fall for more shopping!!”
“If you’re looking for affordable clothes with a wide variety and great quality, definitely check out this store. They have a fantastic selection. However, I had a disappointing experience with the cashier—she was extremely rude. The way she told me to put all the clothes on the table was unprofessional, and I honestly don’t think she’s suited for customer service.”

“I came to DKNY with my mother as we had to buy some things for an upcoming trip. The service we received was truly outstanding. Victor and Cheyenne went out of their way to provide many options for both my mother and I. They knew about fits, silhouettes and trends and made our shopping trip both easy and enjoyable.These days you don’t see young people going out of their way to make a connection with the older generations however these two fabulous employees made us feel like regulars. “Love their sales, great clothes for kids that are kind of in-between the kids stores and the teen stores. Jogging pants are comfy and look nice, the ball caps are always slick. I always buy all my kids pants and t-shirts for the year here, and when he was smaller he liked the thin onesie pj's.Glad they survived covid!!!As for the negative reviews I read...I find the retail workers aren't very happy to be working, but I don't blame them. If u want smiles and cottling call your mom.”

“I have not been the greatest fan of H&M because I do find that the quality of their clothes is going down. But I love their jeans and this is my favorite location as they always have different styles and options to choose from. Plus, they have cotton jeans. I hate polyester, Lycra. The staff is also friendly.”
