Terrible product i purchased an apple pencil from them started having problems within a week of having and then it completly just stopped working dont buy anything from these save your money of go somewhere else.

I usually don't provide reviews for places I've visited, but I'll guess I have to give this an exception. After breaking my Galaxy A34 a few weeks ago (I admit I have anger issues when it comes to phones), I almost had nobody to turn to until Bye N Cell was willing to fix it. Every other phone repair service including Samsung turned me away because my phone was an international model and not local.I was quite skeptical at first seeing that there were many negative reviews, but upon further inspection, many seem to be heavily biased and not towards criticizing the repair service. But since I was desperate and I'd have to spend even more money buying a new phone, I decided to take the risk...and it ended up being a good one. Normally, I'd consider paying 200 dollars to be a scam, but unfortunately Super AMOLED displays aren't cheap.The service and repair quality was excellent, and assuming the technician(s) didn't modify anything else besides the screen, I don't think there'll be any problems. Only issue I had was that the frame/bezel is black instead of lavender, but the manager told me that the supplier didn't have anything else. At the end of the day, I blame myself along with the cheap screen protector I bought off Amazon for breaking the phone.

Do not deal with these people!! I purchased a refurbished phone and the volume was awful. I was told I could get a refund but they kept some money back because they couldn't reset it. Is this place not a buy and sell that they have techs on hand to take care of these issues!! I had to get my husband to an appt and my mother in law in the hospital in palliative and they're worried about getting the phone reset!! The day before I was there and dealt with Alice. I told her the phone was inaudible. When I called her she said it was clear. I called another buy and cell who had to confirm to Alice that she could not hear me. Like I wanted to waste my time and lied about the issue. Basically they sold me a phone that was not working. She gave me some options and one of them was a refund. While I was there, customers were shopping and she gave them all different prices for the same product!! How nice, telling the customer one price and charging another. I also bought a case and paid cash thinking I was getting a discount but that wasn't the case. She just took the balance and tacked it onto my bill. I mulled it over and decided to take my refund. After not receiving my full refund I was not happy. Please do not use this company!!!This is a rebuttal to Alice's answer to my review. I was not taking a refund to be left without a phone whether or not it was inaudible. I needed time to get a phone from a reputable company. Also please note that she did not address any of the other issues that I mentioned. By the way, I did not yell at Esra right off the bat until Alice refused to give the full refund and Esra had to bare the brunt of me yelling at her!!

amazing service, I came in to get an iPhone 7 plus screen replaced, the screen replaced on time and at very affordable price.Then I came in again to get my MacBook pro screen replaced again great service great rate and friendly staffI will be referring this place to my friends.went there again and again amazing service.

Buy N Cell is amazing! I will never take my phone to Samsung for repair ever! Samsung is a rip off! Here is what happened...I have a Samsung S20FE that I purchased 16 months ago. The other day it just randomly went straight to a black screen when I tried to send a text. It would turn on, show the Samsung screen then go black again. It was fully charged and I could not get to my home screen or anything else. I took my phone to my carrier and they told me it sounds like the motherboard take it to Samsung because they couldn't help me. I took it to Samsung and they told me they needed to replace the motherboard and that they could not save any of my data or pictures. I was devastated. Then they told me it would cost approximately $550 to do this. I left and took my phone with me to process this information. Then a friend recommended I try Buy N Cell for a second opinion. I figured it would be a waste of time because if Samsung can't save my pictures no one else can. Well boy was I wrong. Samsung is nothing but a rip off. Buy N Cell said it wasn't the motherboard at all. They ran their own diagnostic and discovered the problem was my back camera. They replaced my back camera for $85 and I didn't lose any data. All my pictures and data was saved. My phone works perfectly. I love my Samsung phone but I will never take it to Samsung again. They just want your money. The staff at Buy N Cell were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! So thankful I brought my phone here!!!

Hello…how much will y’all buy my iphone…iPhone X. Face ID not working…battery health is at 85% but for some reason it’s saying it needs to be replaced…wired earphones don't work on the phone(ever since it got water damaged)..willing to sell for any amount over 100 cad.every thing else is functional.

Honest review from a 3+ year customer. Come for all things cell phone, but NOT for repairs.
When I first moved to Vaughan, this was the first place I found for some minor repairs. Both me and my GF have had our phone displays REPLACED (important distinction) here before, always fair prices and friendly service. The front desk is great, pretty sure they're a fam business of some sort.
Brought iPhone in Friday for estimate + time for repair (minor water damage). I needed the repair ASAP, they said next day.
Long story short, I wasn't allowed to get it until Monday. They never bothered to call when the tech brought it back.
Front desk goes, "Yeah the tech said water damage. Can't be fixed" as she pointed to the posted note on the phone that read something like "water damage, logic board". I was confused because they implied the tech was already in the middle of repair over the weekend. She literally said to me "It's dead dead." and let me walk out without a word.
I walked out, $20 diagnostics fee gone (didn't bother to fight for it back since I've had an otherwise good experience with them).
!!! Here's the kicker !!!
Went to Pacific Mall. Tech got it fixed in a day. He did confirm water damage on/near the logic board, but said it wasn't that bad. Phone now in perfect working condition.
I can forget all the hassle regarding the long wait at Buy and Cell, but it's clear their repair tech is not well equip for actual repairs.

Surprised and happy.I dropped my iPhone x multiple times and it took heavy beating to an extent where I can't use touch anymore. I work 7 days morning shifts and it was quite tough to find time to get it fixed.I called and enquired about repair times from different places.these people gave me their word to fix it in my lunch break.Less than 30 mins , repairs done and am back to work.These people not only fixed my LCD in the given time but also cleaned it and it shines like new. The speaker and usb port looks like never used. Now , that's going an extra mile to satisfy your customer .Good job people.
