Went to gun counter tonight and registered for a number (place in line). Four staff behind the counter, but two young guys are not licensed to handle firearms, just ammo. One of the older guys completes a sale and then goes home. That's cool if his shift was over. Other older guy escorts a sale to cashier, and never comes back. Young guy figured he went for lunch. There for 40 minutes and gave up. Terrible service. And it wasn't even slightly busy. Garbage service. Two stars instead of one because at least one of the younger guys apologized.

We had the best time getting a Santa photo at Bass Pro shops. Bianca was so lovely helping us line up to take a better picture after the failed first attempt :)

Purchased 2 firearms near closing the Benelli M4 & Benelli supernova Tactical. Denny and Michael helped me out and gave so much of their insight and experience about the guns it made the buying experience so enjoyable! The process went in to their break time and closing and yet they still sticked with me throughout the process! They need a raise!! Absolutely fantastic service would 10/10 come back again to chat more and learn more about other firearms!

I came in to get my arrows sized and increase the poundage and draw length of my bow. Michael went above and beyond to help me and answered all my questions. He made sure I had everything taken care of. Awesome guy, will definitely be coming back in the future.

I love Bass Pro Shops. This store was set up like all the other ones, making it easy to locate what I was stopping in for. The staff are really helpful and happy to help you find what you are looking for. As a special treat I always grab a bag of their toasty warm candy spiced pecans and a $7 hat. This location also has direct access to the mall next to the giant fish tank display.

This is an amazing place to take your children, keep a close eye on them as there are no fences around the small fish pond.
Large store carries pretty much all you would expect 10/10

Fishtank is there no more ...it is under renovation. Still a great store township for outdoor products.
