“I've taken my car here twice for servicing. Unfortunately, during the second visit, they made a critical error that I only discovered during a long trip. I was terrified to learn I had been driving with a serious issue, which led to my trip being postponed.
When I contacted Domenic about it, he was very sincere and promised to fix the problem right away. I brought the car back, and after an inspection, Domenic informed me that they needed to order some parts and asked me to return the next day. He also promised to give the car a full makeover at no charge to make up for the inconvenience. I had told him that if they needed to keep the car overnight, I would need a rental covered by my warranty. The next day, after dropping off the car, I realized this wasn’t going through the official channel, and I wouldn’t be provided a rental. Since I had work to attend to, I had no choice but to leave the car and take an Uber for work(note that they’ve dropped and picked me up from my home).
The next morning, when I picked up the car, it looked like it had received the same treatment as the used cars they sell on the lot. While this didn’t make up for my lost time, emotional distress, or the impact on my trip, Domenic’s sincerity and willingness to fix their mistake and make it right helped. I believe in second chances, and this experience has made me open to returning and trusting them with my vehicle. Though I don’t appreciate flattery, I did value Domenic’s effort—it showed that even when they make a mistake, they are committed to learning from it and doing everything possible to resolve it.

I hope this four-star review encourages you to read the details and helps you feel confident in trusting them with your car.
