Great and affordable. The lady who's a nutritionist and maybe the store manager is such a wonderful person (I think her name is Francesca) She is such a gem and so knowledgeable, patient and so helpful ❤️ she is what keeps me coming back to Ambrosia and recommend to my friends!

I know that this review will not have any effect but it’s all us customers have against cold bad managers. Got there just at closing at the end of a Saturday of trying to run tons of errands for my family in a horrible traffic city and the stupid manager wouldn’t let me just get 3 things that I needed for my senior parents. Honestly, the manager of this store and even the one on Doncaster need a lesson in EMPATHY and HUMANITY. Turning away customers? Are you crazy? I stopped shopping at the Doncaster location for a similar reason/interaction when my dad was really sick back in the winter one time and after being turned away, I was forced to drive around the city to try to find the item that I could have gotten in two seconds from the Doncaster location at close and now today’s interaction at the northview blvd location. Whoever owns this chain needs to have a word with these stupid managers turning away customers when the customers know exactly what they need to be in and out quick! About 6-8 customers in the 10min after close were not be able to get inside to shop. Only morons would turn away that many customers for stupid set hours. There should be a 30min unofficial allowance period with one register open to manage any overflow and avoid pissing off long term customers, especially those that know exactly what they need for an in and out. Ambrosia needs to be open to 8pm or 9pm on a Saturday and Sunday not 6pm.

Extremely bad experience.
Customer service below bottom line.
Looks like workers absolutely not interested in the sales
Asked for help 3 persons.First one sent we to the wrong direction Another two were so busy with their own conversation..
I spent 15...20 minutes trying to find my deodorant on shelf.Finaly I did it.
My spouse ask me to buy flex seed oil and shampoo. I was so Disappointed and disoriented and bought hemp seed oil and hear conditioner.

The store and the products are great! The cashier is the worst. She is always rude. Every time I use this store I feel bad. Please train your staff.

Bought Rowefarms grass fed lean ground beef, that said on the package did not include the animal by products. Unfortunately after cooking the full batch of meat balls, it all goes to trash, as you cannot have a single bite without something not being able to chew.

I love this place. Clean store and washroom. Good customer service. Veggies and fruits are always fresh. Lots of variety of supplements and other grocery items.
