Love the customer service in this location , the manager and the staff are great they knew what I needed and helped me so much. Every time I shop there they make me feel happy and wanted to coming back.

If there was an option to give ZERO star review that is what this store deserves. The staff is absolutely horrendous,. The management.. they lack communication skills and the ability to help customers. Everyone’s so mind lost in that store , no one provides any customer service, but than again how can you when your too busy talking in a corner. Management and staff should take a course on how to service customers Properly . Absolute unbelievable experience at this store. If your looking to be ignored than shop here . Oh and don’t bother called the store because they pick up and hang up on you . When they do choose to answer the phone they are extremely rude . Learn how to do your jobs , it isn’t rocket science

Poor management
Management team is unorganized and rude . When interviewed it is asked that you provide your availability. When it comes to scheduling management singles you out or puts the blame on you stating hours/ availability isn’t given . If they do choose to schedule you in it’s only because the regular workers not do not show up or because someone needs the day off . If you choose to call the store to follow up, they either do not pick up the phone or give you the bullshit run around . You cannot confront about any inquiries and when you do they are extremely rude instead of providing you with a proper response. I would highly recommend skipping over Aldo for inquiring about a job position. They can barely organize their own team. Poor management/ staff.

Very very poor customer service. A very shameless behaviour from two of the representative. Visited to purchase purse, and if the store is out of stock for some specific item they should just clearly say that. And One guy checked inside and said they are not having any of the stock, but the lady beside him told to go inside and put the cover on the sample and bring outside as a new. When I counter after and said to give me the sample as well. The guy was shocked and had nothing to say.
Would suggest don’t do this kind of behaviour with customer.
