“I had an excellent experience at Tire Trade today. I came in for vibrations on my vehicle and a simple oil change. The reception was great – they kindly suggested I come back later so I wouldn’t have to wait with my family.
When I returned, my car was taken in right away. After an hour, they explained that everything was fine and no repairs were needed. They still did a wheel balancing to double-check and gave me clear advice about my tires, which could be the source of the issue.
On top of that, the bill was lower than expected since nothing actually needed fixing. Very professional, honest, and transparent team. I highly recommend Tire Trade for their excellent service!”

“The actual work done here was stellar — I was genuinely impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of the technicians. Everything up to the final stage felt efficient and well handled.
Unfortunately, things went a bit sideways at checkout. The younger gentleman at the counter didn’t seem fully familiar with the service details and had to rely several times on a more experienced staff member to clarify information. While everyone was polite, it didn’t inspire much confidence at that stage.
The bigger issue was that tire disposal was included in my service, yet my old tires were left in the backseat of my vehicle. Thankfully they weren’t placed in the trunk where I might not have noticed right away — otherwise I may not have discovered them until much later.
It’s disappointing when a strong service experience is slightly overshadowed by a preventable issue at the finish line. With a bit more attention at checkout, this would have easily been a five-star experience.”
