The owner and his family are great people; very kind. Unfortunately he has been forced to raise his prices exorbitantly after the attacks on small business by the federal government. A single bag of chips last time I was there was $4.50. And it was Hostess rather than Frito-Lay. Arizona drinks were increased from $0.99 up to $1.30. And sadly they just buy the vast majority of their stock from Metro and Loblaws.

Friendly staff but very dirty store. I guarantee some of the items in that store have been sitting there for years.

After my first initial review I got to say this place is pretty great he takes the time to listen to you he's nice the place is kind of dirty and the bathroom I don't think that's for customers I think it's for the employees but all in all I like it there great place to get cheap stuff

Another terrible convenience store in the area. Do yourself a favour, go to Metro, quickie or fresh grocer on Joliet Street.

We move to St Charles in Dec 2012. We had to renovate and several times I had to get hardware, plumbing, electrical items. After 5 1/2 years, I have only experienced 3 - 4 times that I was unable to get what I needed. The grocery that are available are amazing. The meat department, offers fresh well cut items as well as the fruit and veg dept. The deli counter offers a great variety of meats and cheeses and hot items for a quick lunch and a area to eat indoors. They also have a card lock gas bar for your convenience. Friendly and helpful staff.
