I just wanted to take a moment to recognize an amazing cashier at this LCBO, Katherine. I see her often, and every single time she is kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant. She always greets customers with a smile and makes the checkout experience feel easy and welcoming. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, which really makes a difference. Employees like her are the reason I enjoy coming back to this location.
