I showed up with only a few minutes until closing and the guy already closed up. He was nice enough to go back inside to serve me.There was also a mix up and I got the wrong item. I opened it already and even though there’s a no refund/exchange policy he still took it back and gave me the right item. It was kind of their fault for not giving me what I asked for, but to be fair I should’ve noticed the mistake.Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the price was a bit high. More than 20% higher than other stores, even after accounting for sales tax.

Awful. AWFUL place if you can avoid it please do. Uneducated little girl working there, she doesn’t know a thing about vapes or anything at all. This is the worst business I’ve ever stepped foot into.

Amazing service and kind staff. I got a puffbar that was defective and they gladly exchanged it for one that works properly. I'd recommend this spot to everyone.

Do not make an online order with them. Canceled my order as I didn't need it anymore and still haven't received my money back. Order was made on September 13th. I have called many times since then and was told the same thing every time "let me ask my manager to send you your money" unless you never want to see your $50 again I suggest you don't order anything from this place

Staff I dealt with on both occasions were fantastic ! However I bought a vape Friday called that day as it was making a weird noise like it was defective , was told I could bring it in and return it I went on Sunday and was asked why I didn’t come in sooner ? That store policy was to bring it in the day it was defective .. I was not told this on the phone when I called nor was the employee told this , in the end was not ableTo get a new one but was offered 25% off .. I needed one as my others ran out and all I can say is if it weren’t for the great employee there I would have walked out management should be thanking him as he is what kept me buying. ????????♀️

One of my favourite Vape stores in Ottawa.Great selection and friendly staff who are always happy to help.I was left wanting for someone to come open the store.The owner sincerely apologized and gave me a good discount.Definitely will be recommending to friends and family. ?

Amazing customer service with employees that were always more than willing to help and were very knowledgable about their merchandise as well. Store also provides a wide variety of different pods/ e cigarettes and many other products. 10/10 would recommend!
