Easily one of the best grocery stores in Ottawa with some of the best prices on greens, meat, and fish. Was able to decrease my monthly grocery spending by over 30% compared to when I was shopping at Loblaws. Awesome to see these kind of prices and quality produce from a local grocer.

Meat, vegetables, and fish are also cheap. It's especially fresh and has a variety of special meat parts that you can't find in regular supermarkets. The fish is prepared on the spot, which is helpful.
