I have been a customer for the past three years. Recently, I felt that the store lacks ethics and honesty. I paid full price for a set of tires, only to discover that they were produced in October 2018. I am very disappointed, and this raises questions about my previous maintenance.

I've been using this business for ten years now. I've never had any maintenance done but instead have my winter/summer tires installed. They also store my tires for a reasonable price. They always phone me a few months before the season's rush to book an appointment. Excellent friendly service. Highly recommended.

2 out of 4 wheel hub cap were damaged after new winter tires installed. There is clear pray marks. The manager claims it’s not them.

Friendly and helpful people, can take you in for a quick look / check of something with no appointment and the quick fix could sometimes be free of charge. Maybe that’s just for loyal customers or something but it’s amazing. Highly recommend :)

I visited the store for tire change. I bought new tire there. But they stole my car's part. I have Camry xse and It has special valve cap which is silver color. I asked them where is them and they said your valve caps was missing when you bring the car. But I am sure that my valve caps was on my tire when I did bring the car because I always check it before I leave service. During the visit, employee's behavior was terrible. I had the worst car service in my life. They got my valve caps and Just be careful they would get other parts too.

Went in with a leaky brake line 15 minutes before closing. Although he couldn't fix it, the guy went out of his way to check it and do a temporary fix so I was able to make it home safely. Great customer service, would definitely recommend this place.

I made an appointment with Goodyear on Mcarthur Avenue in Vanier to have a "check engine" light diagnosed, so I was told to bring my truck in at 7:30am and after 5 hours I received no call back so I decided to call them. I was told that after 3 hours of diagnostic 'work' , the mechanics could not figure out what was causing the ' fuel lean" code on their handheld diagnostic machine. Suddenly, 2 hours later I received a call from the girl Jennifer at the front desk telling me " everything is fixed, and they cleaned my Mass air flow sensor and that was the cause of my check engine light turning on. So I paid my $285 (which I thought was a bit cheap considering I was told they already worked on my truck for 3 hours++@ $125/ hour) I drove off in my truck and the check engine light was now off at this point. I ran a few errands and the next day I started my truck and the check engine light came on again.... basically all these mechanics at Goodyear did was turn the check engine light off with their diagnostic machine, which a friend of mine had done the same thing a week earlier, and they lied to me and said they fixed the problem that just 2 hours earlier I was told perplexed them. They charged me nearly $300 and fed me b******* and did NOTHING to remedy the real problem. These pricks have a license to steal from people and you should ALL be warned to stay away from Goodyear on Mcarthur Avenue in Ottawa.
