Store 00552 cashier 218. So disappointed, never said hello, never helped pack the groceries. Instead she started putting the next customer through and mixing their groceries with mine!

Probably the worst produce section I’ve ever been anywhere near. Absolute joke of a store. Uxbridge needs some real grocery store competition to knock these guys down a few pegs.

The lady at the service counter seems to have bad days everyday . If you don’t like your job you will need to quit . You have to have a smile on your face when dealing with the public. - all this lady does is complain and grunt about her daily tasks and I’m sick of it . Terribly rude and shouldn't be the front face of the establishment

Like most Zehrs, this is a full-scale grocery store with all the usual departments you'd expect like bakery, cold and hot deli, sushi, meat, pharmacy. They also have an instore Starbucks which is pretty great.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Zehrs Uxbridge that compelled me to share my feedback. I generally prefer traditional checkouts but found myself in need of a self-checkout due to circumstances beyond my control. So, with no choice, i dove in for the 1st time using this.My struggle with the self-checkout process prompted me to seek assistance from a staff member who had helped others just moments before. Regrettably, when I waved for assistance, I was met with mockery, insults, and condescension. This unexpected reaction left me quite stunned. Let me confirm, he was at a cashier's lane chatting and playing with babies, not at the self-checkout area and every unit was in use as well as a line up. I was patient, scanned what I could, and still, 2 minutes later he was still socializing.In a time when grocery prices are on the rise, I believe that exceptional customer service is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my recent encounter did not reflect this. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience was particularly disheartening.I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the overall customer service experience at Zehrs Uxbridge. Constructive criticism is vital for growth, and I trust that steps will be taken to ensure future customers have a more positive experience.

Had no grocery bags. Prices are very high. Had to put all my groceries loose in my trunk. I wasn't happy with this, and although I said nothing, the cashier made fun of me to the next person in line. Bad service after spending an outrageous amount of $ on their goods.

This store continues to be my last choice for groceries. Produce may look fresh but goes off quickly once home. Packing continues to be excessive with no compostable options. Overbaked goods in the bakery make this section easy to walk right by. PC products seem to be its only redeeming feature. After more than 20 years in Uxbridge I've seen so little improvement.

For as huge as the store is, they don't have much to choose from. And the turkey I got in the deli was dry as a bone. I threw it away. It is sad that it's one of two places to buy groceries in Uxbridge. Went to Vince's today and got awesome turkey. Nice and moist...
