Wanted to send out a big THANKYOU to Sam for taking time out of his very busy day to come out to the parking lot and give my mum a flu shot because she was too weak to go in due to a long hospital stay. This Pharmasave is across the street from my work. I've changed to this location because of convenience. I am so glad I did!!! The staff there are always so very helpful and kind. They also have an awesome seasonal retail section! It's hard to walk out with out something extra!!! Highly recommend this location for all of your pharmacy needs!

This Pharmacy is amazing! It may seem strange to say that about a pharmacy (and its spectacular staff) BUT my little one had just been diagnosed with her 12th ear infection and the prescribed an antibiotic was out of stock EVERYWHERE. Uxbridge Pharmasave contacted other locations, found it, drove to pick it up, mixed it, and stayed open 20 min past closing so I could get to them so my little one didn’t have to suffer a moment longer. The staff were kind, outgoing, and went above and beyond! So grateful to have them in my community!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Sam and his team went out of their way to help me. My niece has been looking all over her city for Dex4 which is a med used for diabetes/hypoglycaemia but could not find it ANYWHERE but Sam and team were extremely helpful in not only having it in stock but also offered other options. I don’t live in Uxbridge and seldom take meds myself but I’m going to make it my go to pharmacy and pharmacist from now on

Friendly, prompt and efficient service as always, this time at the Oak Tree branch. Arrived for our appointment, were greeted with a smile, vaccinated with our Pfizer bivalent booster and were on our way in a jiffy. Nice new facility too. Sam & his staff are the best!

I absolutely love going to Sam's pharmacy! Not only is the air fresh and clean, but the staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate. If you're someone who struggles with perfumes and scents, this is the perfect place for you. Sam and his team go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable and taken care of. I cannot speak positively enough of my experience with the two pharmacy associates Vinny and Kory last night.I ran into a bit of a problem with the prescriptions for my 85 year old father and both went above and beyond the call near closing time providing exemplary customer service. Nearing the completion of my MBA program my hope is these two outstanding young people add me on LinkedIn because if they ever needed a reccomendation or referral they have one in a heart beat.Pharmasave should know their business is in good hands with these employees.

Sam, Sherry and ALL the staff are so pleasant to deal with! I call it the "Cheers" environment, everyone knows your name, hard to find these days!! Professionally, they are superior to any other pharmacy I have dealt with...they have your back!!!AND, it's a family owned business!! SHOP LOCAL!!

We’ve had a hard time with our 3 month old and feeding. Our doctor put us on an acid reflux prescription that another pharmacy in town had to send out for and it would have taken up to a week to get. Thankfully the nurse told us Pharmasave did them in store. I went down and in tears explained what’s been going on and how hard our journey has been. The compassion was above and beyond and they not only got it for us that day but made sure I was ok as Mom. They took the time to explain the medication and how it should work. 3 days later my baby was feeding without screaming. I went in to say thank you and they asked about him by name, and had a note to call and remind me to refill. It felt like I was more than just business, but that they care and my son eating mattered. Thank you for being so kind and patient and making sure we got him eating normally ASAP.

Everyone goes above and beyond at both stores. Entering either place one is greeted with a sincere smile and a sense that these people really do care. Sam even stayed after closing one night to mix a medication for me and wait for me to pick it up. I don’t think any other pharmacist in town ( except for Sherri at the Toronto St store) would go that extra mile for anyone.Thank you to Sam, Sherri and all of the wonderful staff at both stores. You make it feel like the small town of Uxbridge where I grew up.
