I have been going to the stouffville Canadian Tire for my oil changes for years with no issues, so I decided to try the one in uxbridge since we have just moved here. I had an appointment for today at 11, but had called to see if I could change the time due to a last minute doctor's appointment. The woman who answered at 8 am was very pleseant and understanding and changed my appointment time to 1pm.
Around 1030 am on my way back to Uxbridge I called to see if there was an earlier appointment available. This is where I had the real pleasure of talking to Greg..... I was immediately responded to with attitude when I asked about it,"oh you mean you want to reschedule your missed appointment at 11" keep in mind.... It is not even 11 yet. I told him that I had changed my appointment this morning and didn't appreciate the attitude and immediately tried to back track. Well Greg. This is me missing my 12 o'clock appointment so I can somewhere where customer service is still Important. Please send him to train with the 14 year olds at mcdonalds, they can teach him a thing or two.

Take pictures of your car before you get even a tire rotation or oil change. 7/10 times mine were returned with issues and I had to prove they broke it or pay them or another mechanic more.
They may appear cheap but it will likely cost you more than a decent and honest mechanic.

Spent $1,300 dollars to get a car fixed on Friday. Was told that we needed to spend another $700 on Tuesday. Fine.
I called them and said my daughter was going to pick up the car and bring it back tomorrow.
They wouldn't let her pick it up. She had to sit there for an hour because of a $70 "inspection fee".
Have spent $10s of thousands in the Canadian Tire since we moved here in 2017. Will never get another dime from me, ever.
Threatened to call the cops when I got there. Never again.

Return a faulty Woods tent and received all my money back with no problem at all.
But wont be buying a Woods tent again though.

Store closes way too early like 8pm…. Should be open until at least 9 PM ….People work during the week and can’t get there in enough time.
