Very pleasant experience here from the day I walked in. Calvin was so accommodating and very helpful. My wife did not expect this from a luxury car brand dealership when I brought her with me but she was surprised. They were very warm and welcoming. They worked with us throughout this whole experience and we couldn’t be more humbled. Thank you so much Volvo Unionville team!!

I would like to particularly acknowledge your Customer Relations Manager, Connie Chan, who greeted me warmly and made me feel incredibly welcome upon my arrival. It was truly special to see how much care and attention she puts into making customers feel valued, and this experience has exceeded my expectations each time I visit the Volvo Unionville dealership.
In addition, I would also like to extend my thanks to Shanna Abueg and Kelvin Lim, who have consistently demonstrated hard work, professionalism, and a helpful attitude during my visits. Their combined efforts made my experience seamless and pleasant.

My father and I took delivery of our 2025 Volvo XC40 yesterday. I wanted to say that we were very pleased with the whole experience. Arash was very welcoming, down to earth, and proactive, which made the whole process stress free and exciting. He made sure we got the best experience and deal. He even helped us get a loaner until the delivery date as we needed a car as soon as possible. My dad was very appreciative and told me he has never had a car dealer this welcoming, mannered, and attentive, which I genuinely appreciate. The rest of the Volvo team made the process smooth and easy. The business manager David was very honest and supportive with us, made sure we got the best deal. Claire and Rachel explained the features of the car very clearly, knowledgeable, and well mannered. Always encouraging if we had any questions. Made my dad feel comfortable and confident with the vehicle when taking off the lot. Overall, my father and I were more than pleased with the Volvo Unionville dealership. It was genuinely a great experience and we hope the best for the future of Volvo Unionville and team. Shout out to Arash once again for the excellent service.

I had an excellent experience at Volvo Unionville. Bosco was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about Volvo cars but also about comparable models from other brands, which made the decision-making process smoother. Amazing experience! Dealing with Calvin was smooth and effortless. He's well knowledgeable of not just Volvo but also other brands and was able to simplify the process. Once the deal was done Rachel Lao the delivery specialist walked us through our new vehicle and all its bells and whistles.

We recently purchased a Volvo xc60 from this dealer and worked with Arash to find our perfect car. The process was smooth from start to finish. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we had all the information we needed to make our decision.
David the finance manager was very helpful as well, and explained everything in detail throughout the financing process.
Upon delivery of the vehicle Rachel patiently walked us through all the settings and operational information we needed so that we felt comfortable driving away with our new Volvo.
Overall a wonderful experience at this Volvo dealership from the manager Pat to all of the friendly staff. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a new car.
