This is my second time ordering from the online store. Both my orders arrived quickly , their shipping is very fast.

I took my grandson to this store today and I was very impressed with the young gentleman who served us.
Let me explain. My grandson has special needs. He is almost a teenager and is learning to manage his own money. He loves a specific style of Vans and SoleStop had them on sale. He called ahead to see if they had his size and then we made the trip. (Big moment for him. Making that call) We made the trip out today. I encouraged him to do the talking and the gentleman who was working there made it super easy. He was kind, courteous and spoke to my grandson and gave him some info in case he wanted to order another pair further down the road. A wonderful experience for him. So thank you for that. He is a customer now for life.

Amazed by the level of service from Johannes. My mom can fit smaller men's sizes and there was a great sale. Johannes was incredibly accommodating and took care of every question. He even did an entire lace swap just to show her some options. He really went above and beyond and practically treated her like family. Most wholesome shopping experience ever.

My purchase refunded because of being suspicious. They could have just put order on hold and ask any info they need. Why cancel? And they even haven’t managed to cancel it properly! Bank said it will take 30 days for me to get my money back! Will try to reach them out, hope they will cooperate and help me with my bank issue. If so I will update my review.UPDATE:They are refusing to send me a cancellation check which has been required by a bank for a charge back. Insisting to wait 2-3 business days. If not getting my money tomorrow, will write an update. P.s. Customer support is being extremely rude. No hello at the beginning or regards at the end of the letter.
