I contacted Markham Tile for some assistance in matching a grout colour for my backsplash, as I did not know what shade was used when installed. Sam and John were so helpful and also generous enough to give me some to take home. Because of this exceptional service, I am hiring them to install a counter for my guest bathroom as well!

Sam and John was great to work with. We needed a backsplash done for the kitchen and they got it done! They arranged the installation and everything was done exactly how we wanted. We are extremely happy with the results and will always come back for all our tiling jobs in the future.

It was a great experience dealing with John & Sam. John had great tips for the product we bought. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the shop. The shop itself is not particularly large but packed with interesting & competitively priced products. Products were made available as promised each time. There's no reason I will look elsewhere for our next project.

What great customer service. The second I walk it I was great was hospitality and offer an espresso. It made feel welcomed and happy I walked in. They had a very big and wide selection of tiles and stone that you can pick from. Even not being a person that dose tiling jobs I wanted to try to do a backsplash at my own place and wanted to go over the old one. They gave me so much info that and said YES you can do that and they guided me on the right way to do it and all I have to is say WOW......All the stuff they told me to use it work awesome, my wife was so happy with the out come. I felt so confident with all the guidance that I got from them I placed my order and WOW again FAST SERVICE got it the next day . I highly recommend this place and looking them up on Facebook and Instagram I would hire them in a heart beat to do and big work and pass them on to any of my family members. Keep it up with the great work and I always always say this to my team One Team One Vision = Success and I saw it there.....

We got a counter installed for our new basement bar. The service at Markham Tile is outstanding. They have lots of great ideas. The price was very competitive as well. They arranged the installation with a plumber and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them for any kitchen or bathroom project.

It was great working with John and his brother. We already had a specific countertop in mind when we went to them and they were able to save us hundreds of dollars on it by providing us with the same style from a different manufacturer. Their install team is very professional and works quick. From ordering to measurement to install, it was all complete in one week!

Excellent service and knowledge. John and Sam shared great design ideas on how to layout the floor and wall tiles and were very helpful selecting the tile colour/pattern for our bathroom renovation. We couldn't be happier. Would certainly go back for any future renovations.
