Alert: worst experience I ever had. Especially if you are buying a pre owned one just double check all the parts. I bought a tlx from them they gave me the tires that is almost done. Once you get anything from them they don’t even consider if we had any issues with the car in a few days. This dealership is mostly they made for east Asians if you’re a not an east Asian definitely they will give you a hard time. Please beware of these scammers.
Whenever you are getting a pre owned car from them just double check with your mechanic as well. Otherwise they will rip you off. Worst customer service as well.

I met with Candy, Financial Services Manager, earlier in the week to go over care package options for my 2020 TLX A-Spec. While the vehicle was purchased at a different dealership, Candy provided me with the level of guidance and attention to detail as if I had purchased the vehicle from Markham Acura. I had a negative experience with ACURA ((MARKHAM). I discovered that they forged documents related to the odometer reading of the vehicle I purchased. This misleading informed me to believe I was buying a well maintained car but the actual mileage was significantly higher .
I feel cheated and disappointed by their lack of transparency and honesty. I urge potential buyers to be ‘CAUTIOUS’ and do thorough checks before making a purchase as nobody is trustworthy and I would not recommend this dealer based on my experience.

I have always had the best experiences with my Markham Acura family Omid and Harish the whole service team always go above and beyond to ensure am satisfied with my service. If I have work I get a Uber ride or a loaner vehicle so am never stranded or stressed about leaving my vehicle or about the quality of service I will be receiving. I get complimentary car wash and inspections all the time when I visit they always make sure I understand everything before commencing work on my vehicle. I wouldn’t trade my Markham Acura for any place else.

Hi Robert, I’m reaching out to express my disappointment regarding my today’s experience. I had been in touch with you about a car I was in and had confirmed appointment minutes before my arrival. After driving 1.5 hours to see the vehicle, I was informed upon arrival that it had already been sold.
This lack of communication was frustrating, especially given the distance and time involved. I would have appreciated a heads-up if the car was no longer available, as I could have avoided the drive altogether.
This experience has impacted my trust in your dealership.
