The Low Carb Grocery store in Ontario has a very wide selection of low-carb products that can be delivered right to my door.Everything arrives fresh and well packed in ecological packing materials (no plastic or foam). Their prices are very reasonable for specialty foods and shipping is free for orders over $99 (subject to a generous maximum weight).The product info on their website is among the best I've seen. Every single product has photos, a detailed description and full nutritional values so you really know what you're ordering and don't get any surprises upon receipt.I definitely recommend this store and have recommended it to many already. One day I'd love to go to the store in person so I can samolensome of their low-carb refrigerates and frozen products (like keto ice cream)!”

“I checked this store for the first time after living in the area for almost a decade! The older man (I think it was Greg? Sorry I forgot his name) who helped me was friendly and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about the supplements. Getting into wellness is overwhelming and the staff here just makes it easier for people who are looking to improve their health. “I’ve been to a lot of different health, food stores and staff are usually nice and helpful show you where product is and what will help you with your needs. I had especially significant experience today in the store. I wanted to get oil of oregano, but it’s just torturous for me to swallow that stuff. I asked one of the staff if they could show me where it was and I stared at it, fighting with myself, because I really didn’t want to take it. She noticed I was hesitant and suggested perhaps I was taking it wrong. She explained that you put a drop under your tongue in your saliva and let it swish in there for a while. You let it mix with your saliva and breathe in the aroma for about 30 seconds before you swallow. Now that I’m taking it right, I can’t believe how it’s not a big deal at all. Thank you this is literally life-changing for me. The staff are amazing and the knowledge and help is beyond expectation. I would give more than five stars if I could, but I highly recommend you go to the store. They deserve your business.”

“We do like to give business to local business, but find the prices here are not competitive. While they say they honour prices of other businesses that have a store front, you need to talk to a Manager to have this happen. It can be a lot of work to have staff honour other prices - my experience is that staff resist this policy, even if the lower price has been given before.
Update: Apparently during a time of new management, staff were not clear on this policy. However, the price match was honoured once the policy was clarified. All is well.....”
“There is enough variety, as is to be expected from a Bulk Barn. The staff can be hit or miss based on when you go, but overall I haven't had any terrible encounters while shopping there. Most of them are friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help.”
