The Low Carb Grocery store in Ontario has a very wide selection of low-carb products that can be delivered right to my door.Everything arrives fresh and well packed in ecological packing materials (no plastic or foam). Their prices are very reasonable for specialty foods and shipping is free for orders over $99 (subject to a generous maximum weight).The product info on their website is among the best I've seen. Every single product has photos, a detailed description and full nutritional values so you really know what you're ordering and don't get any surprises upon receipt.I definitely recommend this store and have recommended it to many already. “Love this place! Excellent selection of Japanese products - food, souvenirs, snacks, etc. There are also a bunch of cute little restaurants/cafes in the plaza, and a bakery as well. Quality and service is 5/5, but of course I wouldn't expect anything less from the Japanese. Will be back soon!!”

“There are many Korean marts around, but since visiting here, I've only been going to the H Mart Stills branch.The employees are very friendly. (Not only here, but I think all the employees at Korean Mart are friendly)There are a variety of Korean and Japanese ingredients, and I especially like the fish and meat section.The fish is fresh and the crabs are prepared and sold for easy consumption, and the meat is thinly sliced and fat removed for stir-frying.Beef for curry tastes better when boiled in soup rather than curry.I tried the food and side dishes prepared here and they were average. I think it's okay to buy it once in a while when it's difficult to prepare a meal.”

“Skip the popular Diana’s seafood merchants and get your fresh off the plane from Newfoundland lobster here. Their store is everything on a down east shopping list. The lobster prices are very affordable. I got mine precooked(they need some notice ) piping hot from the steamer. My family has been shopping here for 50plus years.
