“Always good deals and clearance to be found at the hillcrest location. Fitting room attendant is always super kind each time I visit (I wish I got her name) and she is always super patient, polite, and really great at greeting customers. Cashiers are sometimes hit or miss in terms of friendliness but they are quick to get you through the checkout line. Store is pretty organized as well. It’s worth visiting and sometimes the in store prices are cheaper than online, plus it’s better to try things on here as old navy can sometimes be inconsistent in sizing”

“Went to this location to pick up a mattress from a gift registry. Angela in baby section was amazing and very professional. She was helping other people and advised us to wait for her, she then searched to find the registry, then she walked to the back to get us the mattress. Once she was back, I asked how much I have on the gift card and she walked all the way to the front of the store to get us the answer. My experience with this location because of this employee was amazing. Also the Yonge girl at checkout was very polite and helpful. Everyone I came in contact at the store had smile on their face. Great team! Keep it up.”

“I had the absolute best experience with Sonia this past Sunday! She was so helpful and patient. She cashed me out, ordered something for me to be shipped to my house and it just arrived! She said 7-9 business days but it’s only been 2! The POS system also timed out during my transaction but she put my stuff on hold and made good conversation while we were waiting to reboot her system. All the ladies up at cash this past Sunday were all so delightful when trying to figure out what was wrong with the system. Great team ?”
