I truly wish I could give these people a lower rating. It was been a nightmare dealing with these people. They have no sense of respect towards their clients and their communication skills are worse than 0. I placed an online order and they sent me the wrong size. They have ignored all my efforts of communication, whether it's by email or phone. The in-store employees don't seem to have a clue about anything and instead are programmed to tell you they'll forward the inquiry to the management team. Obviously, the management team does not care and won't even try to contact you back at all. Even when you initiate a chargeback, they will forward their stupid return policy to your bank and try to challenge the dispute. They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee and refund the rest of the amount through store credit, on top of me having to ship the item back at my expense. All of that because the blind employee who was processing the order decided to send the wrong size. This is an absolute joke of a store, so if you value your sanity, please refrain from shopping at this place.

We are beyond impressed and grateful for the amazing customer service and experience the owner and staff went to on my previous visit. This location truly gives back to loyal customers and shows us they appreciate us. I strongly recommend this location and recommend making this a must visit.

Amazing service, and they really appreciate their customers. I've never been disappointed by them. You get great service as you walk in to their boutique the guys are great. Thank you for appreciating and rewarding loyal customers. My experience has been absolutely amazing and I am truly grateful for their customer service.

Was very impressed with this store. Firstly for being able to locate a new release locally instead of having to order internationally , customer service for promptly proving me with feedback and for the delivery which I was able to track from the time it left the store to my location.

Best sneaker shop in Markham, i generally visit the TO location but these guys rock. i can not recommend Capsule enough, the team is amazing and the selection is fire. 10/10

Tried to buy shoes that is "Online Exclusive" and asks for a security question for what's is the closest Indian restaurant or supermarket. If you're new customer how would you know this...

The BEST sneaker shop in the GTA!! All of the staff are very friendly, never pushy and always helpful. The atmosphere in the store is very relaxed and chill. Love their selection of shoes and clothing, I always find something to buy whenever I come to the store. Highly recommended!

If you don't want to go downtown Toronto to hit up a nice sneaker shop. Capsule is just located dt Markham and has lots of shops/ restaurants around it as well. This place also has available parking for free
