Calling on the phone for a support staff was taking a bit too long so I decided to go in person. I went in on February 3rd, 2024 at around 1:35 PM. I went today to change $20 to 4 fives, a lazy rep. after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour told me that she will not serve me because I`m not a customer!
(I spent thousands and thousands in this bank as I was a client for over 30 years!)
Now this is how they avoid doing their job!
