I went today to change $20 to 4 fives, a lazy rep. after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour told me that she will not serve me because I`m not a customer!
(I spent thousands and thousands in this bank as I was a client for over 30 years!)
Now this is how they avoid doing their job!
Now I remembered why it was time for me to move on from lazy staff that make the good ones get painted by the same brush!”

Before I went, I read the reviews and I was kind of hesitant; however we still went there because this bank is located right outside Peanut plaza and it's a very convenient location.
