“I've dealt with City Auto for probably 8 yrs now and even brought my family in to buy. When buying you have to remember these cars come from auction and anything wrong may not be realized right away. The trick is to drive a purchased car for a week and go back with a list of the problems within that week. The other trick is if you are going to be late with a payment call them! The staff have always been very accommodating to me. After the warranty time the staff have always helped me out when I've had issues with the vehicle. I gave 4 stars only because a couple of times the mechanics have been busy elsewhere and I had to wait for my vehicle. I can afford to go elsewhere but I keep going back to where I know I'm going to be dealt with fairly. PS. I am not a family member.”
“After reading all these reviews I had to take the time to let everyone know that I had the most wonderful, easy going purchase buying my first car I ever thought I would have! From my past I have very poor credit, I am finally in a financial position to buy a car but a few other dealerships I was dealing with were giving me a hard time. James from Need a car listened to what I had to say and did everything he could to get me financed through a bank. If he was unable to achieve that, he was going to work with me through the shop! On top of that, he managed to find the absolute perfect car that I didn’t even think I wanted ! James went above and beyond helping me purchase my first financed car, with such ease and no stress. When I decide to trade this vehicle in, I will definitely be going back to see James, thank you James!!”
“I've bought 4 cars from them over the years an my brother also has bought multiple cars from them over the years! the after care purchase they have is second to none!, Just good people who live in our community an have been selling cars for decades. without a doubt my business will always go to them!, like I said they go beyond any agreement you may have with them, Their just a great honest business, an lets be real, honesty is a fading character trait most businesses no matter the industry have now a days! an that says a lot!.”
