Just got back from purchasing flooring from my house. Stopped in after work and got great advice on the right flooring for my project, and a couple samples to show the wife when I got home. Had trouble with the financing on my own using the website. Called the store and Fred told me to come in and he would help through the process. He explained the options so much more clearly than the fine print. Got me all squared away and out there door in no time.Thanks Fred.

Andrew, Fred and Ken, along with the 3 gentlemen that assisted me with loading my car should all be recognized for a job well done.I went in to purchase an electric fireplace but the one I wanted was not in stock and it was not available at the warehouse.Andrew, Fred and Ken sourced out another model for me.When it arrived it, I took it home only to discover it was damaged and I would guess during shipping.Called the store and they told me keep it until another new one was delivered back to the store.The new one just arrived this afternoon. The gentlemen at the loading dock opened it to make sure it was 100% and it was!We made the switch and voila - all is well!The Team at the Trenton location kept me informed, were very friendly, honest and trustworthy.I love the small town feeling in this somewhat big box store.Thanks again!

Had one of the best customer experience moments of my life! Kim, one of the sales associates, helped me find everything I was looking for. I had a list and no idea what anything was and she had a smile the whole time and made the experience a breeze. Thank you Kim!

This store should advertise the name to say Rona Building Supplies like other locations! I am pissed I drove all the way out here thinking this was a “Rona” This location has nothing for the people that like to shop around Rona, Lowe’s, Home Depot looking for anything else besides wood/lumber and small project stuff!

Totally awesome customer service which will keep me coming back! I had a unique situation where I ordered a gazebo online + installation services. Everything went perfectly except for a mislabelled part from the manufacturer. Not sure how unique this situation is, but with 100s of different parts i'm sure this occurance has happened more than once. However! I called our local Rona and spoke with Heidi (1st time) then had a follow up call with a gentleman (did not catch his name!) reassuring me that they were going through the steps to make it right. 2 weeks later, the single part we required to finish putting the roof on arrived via fedex. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to deal with the manufacturer directly as they were an american company that did not ship internationally to consumers.Rona went above and beyond helping correct my issue. Because of this, I will definitely continue to give Rona my business. I feel box store customer service has gone by the wayside a bit, maybe that was in bigger centers, but I have enjoyed all of the customer service received since moving to the Trenton area.Thank you!

Went in to order our new washing machine. Lowes had none in stock but the warehouse did. So it was closer for us to go to Rona than Lowes (since they are merged as one now). They said delivery would be on said date, the date arrived and it was delivered. It was actually earlier than the time frame I was given. The delivery persons were quick, clean and pleasant. They put my old washer where I needed it put (I have a claim in to Hydro for damage so I need to keep it for 60 days) otherwise they would have taken it away for me too.The staff at Rona were very efficient, I would recommend ?
