Aimy returns calls ASAP and has stayed on a call well after closing on more than one occasion to assist. She is so genuine and extremely thorough. I'm a younger driver and not from the area and she has been SO helpful with navigating the process of insurance policies and any other questions I may have (and there's a lot). I never have a doubt in my mind that she is going about things the best and most honest way she can and we manage to have a few laughs during stressful phone calls to top it off.
