When we contacted Mays garage, Jason, a mechanic answered and no hesitation. Told us if we brought a new battery he would change it so we could be on our way. “Fantastic customer service, I’m a car show guy. Took my 2017 mustang GT to them to get springs and a short throw shifter installed. They were a bit unsure on the shifter which I understand is a bit out of norm, they did they their research and installed it perfectly. Didn’t even look like they worked on the inside of the car when it was done. Was spotless upon pickup, just had my springs installed on my 2024 mustang GT. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received.
The lady at front desk was super kind, stayed late just for me to be able to pick up my car at 5:25. She went and picked it up from alignment at 5pm. The service and level of expertise is amazing. I fully trust them with my show cars and would highly recommend them which I have many times previously to friends.

“Couldn’t ask for better service! I got a puncture in my tire on the highway home from Kingston, and pulled off at the nearest exit (Trenton), making it to a nearby gas station before the tire was fully deflated. I contacted Action and their friendly staff came out, filled my tire enough to get me to the shop, plugged the leak and inspected the tire immediately. Great price for the service and I was on my way within the hour. Would recommend their tire services to anybody, and the staff was very kind and generous!”

“A roofing nail lodged in your tire that you find when you get to your MILs funeral really makes a hard day even worse.
Driving all the way from Trenton home to Kitchener afterwards and hoping it doesn't come out is a terrible idea. Driving all that way on a donut is a bad idea too!
They were very fast, friendly, efficient and compassionate about getting me in and out before they closed but after the funeral so that I did not have to worry while attending the funeral about what I was going to do.
We made it home safely! Thank-you!”
