Staff at the Tottenham Home Hardware are always helpful. There is a good selection of hardware and prices are competitive with some of the big box stores. As I line in the area I go there first and am usually surprised that they stock it. Saves me both time and gas.

Wasted my time in the lineup at cash with a return, just to be told I have to go to customer service first...which isn't at the front enterence, than go back to cash. Aside from that as a contractor they don't want to give you any discounts. Only positive is the staff are great and generally very helpful...to bad I have to go to Home Depot for value.

The Older Male Manager was very very rude does not help customers at all and should be replaced as he is so unprofessional when dealing with issues to customers
