“I have never had great success dealing with PM in Orillia and honestly try to avoid at all cost. Again with my last purchase this was confirmed when it was out of stock. They advised for me to call Lindsay store to see about delayed shipment for a purchase I paid for previously. The Lindsay store was no better. Unwilling and unable to help me. Both stores wanting to pass the buck and get rid of me on the phone. My last attempt was the Alliston store and to my surprise I was put in contact with the Assistant Manager Tyler Clark who was more than happy to help me. FinallyI had found an employee on the phone willing to treat a customer like they care about their customers! While on the phone, Tyler made sure the product was in and set it aside for me. Once I arrivedfrom out of town he personally looked after me and without asking he brought the item to my truck on a large cart.Tyler you are exactly what employers should be trying to hold onto. Thank you for restoring my faith in at least one Peavey Mart.”

“Love this location. Searching for parts can be an extremely frustrating process, but this place has some excellent staff to make the experience painless and I'd even go as far as to say pleasant! They can even do a fairly good job translating the "dohickie with the thingamabob" into what you actually want to take back to the garage with you and they're pretty decent about having decent stock when the other local places are sold out.”

“Staff at the Tottenham Home Hardware are always helpful. There is a good selection of hardware and prices are competitive with some of the big box stores. As I line in the area I go there first and am usually surprised that they stock it. Saves me both time and gas.”
