This store is AMAZING! The best customer service on the planet! And clothes are soooo stylish and good quality! I was there for my birthday, admiring clothes that I didn’t believe would look good on me. The fashion team gently encourage me to try on a few items. I was SO SHOCKED on how spot on they were. It really boosted my confidence and I can see myself in a different light. You don’t get that kind of experience when you walk into a clothing store these days! I live in the US and will have to travel all the way there for the experience. Much love to Zumel & Co!!!

Incredible customer service especially Shenaya who made my evening party memorable with the beautiful piece she has selected for me… Thank you soo much and this would be my go to for my future events too .. I especially like the tag line “Your goal is our goal” ❤️❤️❤️

When I tell you the stylist helping me made my entire week I’m not kidding. Came in looking for a dress for a wedding in Spain and she found two perfect dresses I would never have picked before. Incredible customer service.

The stylists here are second to none! I casually dropped by because I was intrigued by the window designs and ended up walking out with two pieces I adore. The stylists are so helpful and that’s really rare to find nowadays. I’ll definitely be back for any dress needs!!!

We came in from Cambridge today to shop for a grade 8 grad dress (cause sometimes shopping on Queen is just a necessity of life). If I could give these guys 57 stars out of 5, I would.
We went in a second time today because, even though the dresses were fantastic (and the prices VERY reasonable) the staff MADE OUR DAY!!! They were SO much fun. It was definitely the best shopping experience I have had in a very long time, if not ever.
If I lived in the city, I would visit often and drop all of my clothing budget here.
Fantastic, fantastic shop.
