The manager Zubair is the rude person I can ever come across. On top there employees are the same.
I had two items to return just because I didn’t try and after two days I came back because of the wrong size with proper tags and bills and he is giving me excuse of smoke smell which is bullshit as he couldn’t find anything else.
Please use your brains, the employees who were nodding heads to their manager to the incorrect statement made.

No customer service. If I paid with Apple Pay, don’t demand the physical card. Defeats the purpose of having Apple Pay no? And don’t treat me like a criminal. Not everyone is a scammer. That was a very off putting experience.

It’s always been a busy location, especially on the weekends. Other than no one is ever available to help, the store manager made the worst decisions ever by taking all the mirrors away on the first floor. I was in there for less than 10 mins and I got upset because there was no mirror on the first floor. Soon enough, I ran into 3 other customers who were complaining about the same thing. If this is about keeping your customers in store longer (because everyone has to line up to use the fitting room), you are absolutely doing this wrong. Most people are leaving without making a purchase because they are too frustrated to even consider buying anything. Please put the mirrors back. Accessibility is what makes people want to shop!

Today on Wednesday October 30th at around 7pm I experienced the worst customer service from the manager of this location. When I was trying to return an online order that came with an unattached tag the manager claimed that I had worn this sweater even though it had fresh crease marks from being folded because it was delivered just the day before. She was talking to me with an unreal amount of attitude and was not trying to help , she ended the conversation by wishing me a “goodnight and contact customer service because the item was bought online” . I have been a customer for many years and never experienced such a poor customer service before. I left all my items out of rage , hopefully they will put it in a donation box.

Worst customer service and when I tried to buy a tie they tell me it's more expensive than what's on the price tag of the tie. The store manager was more useless and didn't do anything to help just kept saying I had to pay more. She wouldn't give name I had to ask for employee number 23140. I will not be shopping there again with misleading prices.

Worst customer experience of my entire life. Cashiers are rude and not helpful and manager was dismissive and absolutely not helpful at all. Such a shame when you spend so much money at an establishment and you get treated with such disrespect!

One of the best Zara's in town. Wide selection of clothing and apparel compared to other stores. Second would be at sherway gardens.
Cons - pretty crowded for most of the time, even on slow days.

Horrible experience at the check out section yesterday! The girl at the self-check out is supposed to help people instead she has horrible attitude and extremely rude! What a pathetic customer service- show some respect to people as human if not as a customer! That girl with glasses at the check out was a nightmare!

Was charged for an item I didn’t purchase. Told them they made a mistake as I didn’t purchase the item. Clearly, my purchase bag didn’t contain the item they overcharged me for. The cashier became agitated and tried to argue with me. Ultimately they detected their own error - cashier’s scanner accidentally scanned someone else’s item and placed the charge on my bill. Issued no apology whatsoever, reluctantly refunded the overcharge. Behaved as if this was my fault. Revolting customer service after having waited for about 1/2 hour in the line up to try items in the half functioning fitting room. Will not be back.

Today, I visited Zara at Yorkdale with my sister, and we had a terrible experience. While waiting in line for the fitting room, I stood in line as my sister arrived. When we entered the fitting room, a tall, white woman working there rudely kicked us out, claiming we hadn’t waited in line, and sent us back. After waiting again in line and being patient, she told me in a very rude tone that I couldn’t stand in the fitting room to see how the clothes looked on my sister. She said I had to wait outside, despite the fact that I’ve always been allowed to stand inside before, and I’ve seen others doing the same. But she singled me out and spoke harshly only to me.
I won’t be coming back to this Zara store again. This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had, and the service here was the absolute worst.

Excellent staple. But the security is off. Why are you following women around the ship. I'm carrying a little purse. Thinking the worst of me doesn't give me good vibes to spend money in your store especially with you think so lowly of your customers.
