Officially no longer a Zara customer. They shipped me a dress in vile condition, to which I quickly returned it and marked as damaged when selecting the reason for return. They shipped this dress back to me again and said I did it! I have been kind in escalating this and absolutely no one is helping me. No longer a Zara customer. Improve your quality control at your outbound warehouse, and end the robbery of your honest customers. This is insanity. To clarify, this is for Zara website.

One employee managing pick up orders on the second floor displayed a poor attitude. His interaction with customer was not only disappointing but also racially biased.
If you are going to cherry pick customers based on race and exhibit a poor attitude toward certain individuals, then you shouldn’t work in the service industry. It’s not just about ethics; it’s about BASIC MANNERS.

On Saturday Oct 14 2023,I went to Zara on Queen St. West, to try to ask nicely if I could return some clothes and give me a credit or trade because it was too small for me. I bought it on Sept 9 and that day I was hurrying to a flight to Whitehorse, so I didn't have a chance to return it. When I came back to Toronto, I had already explained everything, when the girl at the middle register was unpleasant and said I'd have to talk to the manager, who she called. The manager came with a very unfriendly face, and staring at me ( as if saying why are you bothering me ) checking my clothes for the tags. He checked every detail of the clothes and he said they were too old and they could not be returned. It was upsetting and dismissive in tone and I felt his approach to be very unprofessional. If he had told me "sorry, it is already more than 30 days", I would understand, but the way he looked at addressed me, with a very unfriendly face and tone, I feel that he treated me quite poorly. Zara is a famous company - even the smallest business next to them knows how to talk to people nicely and put their service to shame. It is a shame a big company hires people like that, especially in Canada where customers expect to be treated better.

Slow, disorganized staff - needs better management. Purchase returns upstairs with only 2 cashiers takes forever. Store is dated and not very clean. Expect much better for downtown TO location.

I have been to many locations worldwide, however this is my local Zara where I spend the most time. It is by far the dirtiest Zara I have ever come across. The change rooms are always filthy. Floors covered in dust and hair. It’s never clean. I wish management at this store was better because I come here so often.
