They have good clothing for teens and all ages, BUT they always have one cashier and even though there is a line , they don't bother opening another cash , while other cashiers are wandering around looking at their phone.

I am extremely dissatisfied with ZARA due to their very poor customer service. On Saturday, November 2, I visited the ZARA store at Fairview Mall to return a hoodie I had purchased for my son. The neck opening was too tight for him, and I wanted to return it for that reason. Since it was tight, I had to cut the thread that attached the tag to the back of the hood. After noticing how uncomfortable it was for him, I tied the tag back on with the same thread I had cut and brought it to the store for a return.
When I got to the store, they refused to take the return, saying that the tag had been removed. But I only cut the thread initially to check the fit, and then reattached it after seeing it didn’t fit. Then, they gave another excuse, saying the back of the hoodie was stained. I assured them that was how I received it and explained that I wanted to return it because it wasn’t suitable for my son. I’ve been a long-term customer, shopping with ZARA for over 10–15 years, and in that entire time, I’ve only returned items three or four times. You can verify this on my purchase history.
I explained that I simply wanted to exchange it or get something else for my son. However, the manager was extremely rude to me, saying she could take the item back but was choosing not to. I reminded her that, as a manager, she had a responsibility to keep customers satisfied. Yet, she continued to speak rudely, stating, “I don’t have to take this return if I don’t want to.” When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, only giving me her associate number.
While I could share her associate number, I’ve chosen not to, as I believe the karma of her actions will return to her. I’ve written this review to express my frustration with ZARA’s customer service, particularly at the Fairview Mall location. This is the second time I’ve encountered such unprofessional behavior from the staff at this store.
As a company seeking popularity and customer loyalty, it is ZARA’s duty to ensure that customers feel valued and respected. At the very least, basic politeness and respect should be instilled in the staff. The reason I keep encountering rude behavior is likely because ZARA doesn’t prioritize customer service.
Whether ZARA chooses to address this issue or not, I believe that the company will lose its popularity in the future if it continues this way. I shop online frequently and am willing to spend more at other brands, where customer service is respectful and professional.
Attached are photos of the hoodie, showing the minimal stain that was used as an excuse for refusing my return and I received it with that stain.

Terrible Customer Service at Zara Fairview Mall
I recently purchased a perfume from the Zara store at Fairview Mall, but the spray head stopped working after a short time. I went back to the store to ask for a replacement or refund, but I was met with extremely rude behavior from the manager, who refused to give his name and only identified himself as "Manager 32717." This isn't the first time I've encountered this person’s poor attitude either – I've had a bad experience with him before.
It's disappointing that a brand like Zara, known for its fashion, has such poor customer service. Instead of offering a solution, this manager was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience has made me reconsider shopping at Zara in the future. I hope they improve their customer service because no one should be treated this way.

It was clean with friendly staff. It was nice to see new clothing choices as the season changes and the staff was great on explaining their new lineups.
They helped us try on new clothes without and problems and when purchasing it was quick and easy.
Overall great place to shop for new clothes.

Very disappointed with the customer service today at the cashier. Her name was Maria and her attitude was so bad I felt so uncomfortable walking up to her. I asked her to nicely wrap a dress I bought for a gift and she ignored me and i said could you please remove the price and again ignored me. At the end i asked her name and said she won’t give it to me because i was rude. This being said this was during the day where they were not busy at all. So disappointed with my experience here. Definitely will not back if she is there.

The worst Zara store and the worst manager. Don’t make the mistake of shopping here, I bought a shoes one day ago, it was a shoes that couldn’t be worn, very uncomfortable and very poor quality, next day the store manager tells me that they can’t return because there’s a hole in the heel and maybe I wore it while playing football, mind you it had a heel, and I never played football! and isn’t not her problem she says! Unbelievable, people don’t have money to waste Zara. Definitely not coming back to this store again.

I’ve never needed to leave a bad google review but after seconds of interacting with the “manager” who doesn’t even introduce her self yet walks around with such a dirty look and the worst attitude, I had to publicly post my experience with this under qualified staff member. Just about anyone can work in retail but if you hate your job and do not know how to give proper customer service, then get out! Please excuse any of my grammatical errors. At the end of the conversation, she’s brushed me off to run after customer service to retrain a “reference number” to come back to her sour face, to THEN over ride the return… what a joke. Either way she will be accepting a return but wants to send you away first.

The cashier in the men's section, who appeared to be Indian guy, was rude and dismissive towards me and my friend during our purchase. I will avoid this store in the future unless absolutely necessary. However, the staff in the fitting room were comparatively well-behaved.
