I recently experienced an incident of racial profiling at the cosmetic section of your store. I was picking up my moisturizer and intended to go to the other side of the store to buy medicine, as I wanted to pay for everything together at the front.However, an employee stopped me, took the product from my hands, and refused to let me take it to the other side, citing company policy. They also said they wouldn't get commission if i decided to pay at the front. This treatment made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and I felt disrespected.

Food court blah, should have more variety like New York Fries. Nothing in the food court I'd go out of my way to eat. A&W is awful. Popeye's is so so. Mostly Asian etc which is fine if you like that. Alot of stalls are empty. Would be nice if they followed other food courts Iike Fairview that has more variety of tastes. Clothing Stores are ok. More banks than anything else.

Longo's has been a welcome addition. Love the new look. Would like to see a shoe store added. Shoppers Drug Mart on lower level is very convenient.

The young Indian guard working this Saturday afternoon has a very bad look or a personal grudge look. He needs to be removed.
Please ensure to only hire security guards who are compatible and impartial.

Nice place, has a variety of shopping places. Food court isn't too abundant in choices but you can't be choosy. Easy to access through the subway system, so this place gets a decent review. Only thing is, Sheppard Yonge mall sounds better to call it than Yonge Sheppard Centre. Just saying.
