“I've been using this location for the past 2 years now as a facility to store my material for work and also to rent vehicles for the bigger jobs. I must say and the recent years there was always more hurdles in different locations, but the team ran by Tanya down at the U-Haul on Weston road york ont are a breath of fresh air for the industry.Even against over bookings long weekends they always do their best possible to readjust reschedule and keep in communication with all clients to ensure that everybody can get out to either complete their move or get their jobs done to the best of their ability, , they have a sense of urgency and Show empathy and will be sensitive to specific needs if and when they're requiredover time becoming a regular You almost get to know the team one-on-one personally they always make you welcome and will push the envelope and the limits to get everybody on the road and home safely.. The location is now pretty much incorporated in a part of what I do with my line of work from renting automobiles right down to storagekeep up the good work guys, the location does great things for the overall image of the company and branding check them out”
“My little cousin called last minute …like Friday afternoon …on the 1st of the month lol and needed help moving. Needless to say, getting a truck was almost impossible. I went in 8:30am without a reservation and the guy said he was fully booked but promised to call me if something became available. While waiting I ended going to 3 other locations and also nothing. We finally decided to go for brunch to wait it out and also As a backup I ended up making an online booking for the next day. Well I got a call around noon and we had her moved and the truck back by 5pm. The staff were visibly tired from a long day but were extremely patient, got me everything we needed and gave clear instructions for the return process and also helped me cancel by backup reservation. It was a long day but we got it done. Now this is a small outfit in the middle of downtown. Reminds you a bit of a mechanic shop waking area 3 seats and you’ll likely be standing outside for the most part if there is a line but I had a unique situation. If you are able to book online do it. Straight forward but kind staff and I wasn’t expecting that but appreciated it. I’m hoping she doesn’t have to move anytime soon but if she does and it’s downtown this is where I’ll be.”

So helpful and kind she made everything easy for me. One of if not the best storage facilities in the city everyone here is really nice. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone family or friends.”
